The Flourish Program: A 35-Week Journey to Self-Trust
Flourish is a 35-week guided program designed for ADHD and AuDHD women to gradually unmask in a safe and supported way. Instead of relying on masking skills to navigate the world, we replace them with self-compassion, self-accommodation, self-awareness, self-care, and self-advocacy—the skills that truly support and sustain us.
This program is built on the belief that you don't need to change who you are—you need a framework that supports who you've always been.
How We Rebuild Self-Trust in Community

🌱 Breakout Groups
After learning a new skill, you can discuss and process in a small group. If you're nervous, you can just listen—no pressure to share.

🌿 Larger Group Sharing
We come back together, and if you feel comfortable, you can share insights in a safe, affirming space.

🌺 Solo Learning Option
Prefer to go at your own pace? You can participate independently using the videos, workbooks, and course materials, which are all included for free.
Each week, we focus on one specific topic that helps you shift from masking and burnout to authentic self-trust and sustainable support.
You'll have multiple ways to engage at your comfort level:
Each 90-minute group session is $20, and this includes:
  • A comprehensive workbook for each weekto guide your learning
  • Worksheets designed to help you apply what you're learning in real life
  • Videos & course materials each week for deeper exploration
  • Permanent access to all program materials so you can revisit them anytime
This isn't a "one-size-fits-all" program. It's flexible, affirming, and designed to meet you where you are—whether you thrive in community or prefer private reflection.
